HPC Network Architect (NVIDIA Cray)
Location: Ottawa, ON (Onsite – Carling Campus, Moodie)
Security Clearance: Secret or Higher (Mandatory)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Network Architect / Engineer with deep expertise in HPC environments and NVIDIA Cray system configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, configuring, and optimizing high-performance computing infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in HPC (High-Performance Computing) environments
- Hands-on expertise with NVIDIA Cray systems configuration and architecture
- Strong background in network architecture and design for HPC systems
- Experience with high-speed interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand)
- Ability to optimize network performance, scalability, and reliability
- Experience working in secure / government environments
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HPC network architecture
- Configure and manage NVIDIA Cray systems
- Optimize network performance and system efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements
Mandatory:
- Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
- Ability to work onsite in Ottawa (Carling Campus)
