- Hands-on experience with system configuration (sample management, lab workflows, LES/ELN, stability & release)
- Skilled in documenting and presenting complex issues and solutions
- Experience in CSV planning, execution, and SLC deliverables
- Collaboration with support teams for platform, database, and enhancements
- Ensures compliance with GxP, audit, and quality standards
