Job Description

OFSAA Implementation & Upgrade

• Lead and support OFSAA platform upgrades (8.x to latest versions)
• Ensure minimal disruption to existing business processes during upgrades
• Coordinate with infrastructure and client technical teams for smooth execution
• Apply patches and perform version upgrades

2. OFSAA Application Development & Support

• Work on OFSAA modules including:
  • FSDF (Financial Services Data Foundation)
  • Enterprise Performance Management (FTP, PFT, ALM, BSP)
  • Regulatory Reporting (ERM, Financial Reporting, GL Reconciliation)
• Participate in end-to-end implementation of OFSAA modules (1–2 projects minimum)
• Troubleshoot and resolve failures in batch executions

3. Deployment & Middleware Management

• Deploy OFSAA applications on:
  • WebLogic
  • WebSphere
  • Tomcat
• Monitor application logs and resolve deployment issues
• Ensure environment stability and performance

4. Data Modeling & Processing

• Work with ERWIN Data Modeler for:
  • Data model enhancements
  • Implementing design changes
• Handle:
  • Data model uploads
  • Staging table concepts
  • Data quality checks
  • Data extraction/loading (T2T / F2T processes)

5. Database & Unix Expertise

• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries
• Perform query tuning and performance optimization
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts
• Debug and resolve issues using logs and database insights

6. OFSAA Technical Configuration

• Configure:
  • Security attributes
  • Data pipelines and workflows
• Diagnose and resolve application issues using logs and system behavior analysis

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle OFSAA platform (8.0 and above)
• Hands-on experience in installation, upgrade, and patching
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end OFSAA implementations
• Strong understanding of OFSAA architecture

Technical Skills

• Web servers: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
• Database: Oracle, PL/SQL (advanced)
• Unix/Linux (shell scripting)
• Data modeling: ERWIN
• Batch processing and troubleshooting

Functional Knowledge

• FSDF
• FTP, PFT, ALM, BSP
• Regulatory Reporting (ERM, GL Reconciliation)

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in hybrid environments
• Good communication and coordination skills
