Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Sets:
• Develop and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Interactive, and Inspire Scaler.
• Design templates and workflows for personalized, multi-channel communications (Eg Print or Email or Letters).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for communication solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure the quality of customer communications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Quadient Inspire solutions.
• Update templates and workflows as per changing business needs or regulatory requirements.
• Technical skills Three or more years of experience in customer communication management (CCM) or document composition.
• Proficiency in Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Interactive and Inspire Scaler. Good to have Inspire Automation.
• Strong understanding of document composition, template design, and multi-channel communication.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV and other data formats.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, business analysts, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in industries such as banking and insurance is a plus.
• Good to have Certification in Quadient Inspire or related CCM platforms.
• Educational Background Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related fields."
