Role Descriptions:

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst| with strong experience in life insurance modelling and reporting| particularly using Moodys AXIS| to support actuarial production and financial reporting initiatives.

This role will work closely with actuarial| finance| and business teams to run models| analyse results| and support reserving and earnings analysis across Traditional and Universal Life products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in asset and liability modelling| along with prior exposure to IFRS-based reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage Moodys AXIS model runs| including setup| validation| and troubleshooting of production runs.

• Support actuarial reporting processes| including reserves| earnings| and financial analysis

• Work with business stakeholders to analyse and explain reserve movements and earnings drivers

• Perform data validation| reconciliation| and result analysis across actuarial models.

• Contribute to model enhancements| assumption updates| and process improvements.

• Analyse Traditional Life and Universal Life insurance products| including policy behaviour and cash flow patterns

• Support asset modelling and integration with liability models

• Assist in quarterly monthly production cycles and reporting deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial| Finance| IT) to ensure data and model alignment

• Document model processes| assumptions| and reporting outputs.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager cum Scrum Master (Sr. PM/SCM) will be responsible for leading the HRMS migration project, ensuring its successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. The Sr. PMSCM will manage cross-functional teams, drive program governance, and ensure adherence to PMO frameworks while fostering collaboration and alignment across business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HRMS migration project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices.
2. Scrum Master Responsibilities:
o Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
o Coach team members on agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
3. Governance and Reporting:
o Drive program governance through regular status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and stakeholder updates.
o Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure audit readiness.
4. Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
o Facilitate clear communication, expectation alignment, and timely decision-making.
o Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
5. Team Leadership:

Key Skills:
1. Technical and Functional Expertise:
o Proven experience managing HRMS migration or similar large-scale enterprise projects.

Qualification
10 years in IT delivery| operations| reliability| DevOps| or platform engineering roles.
5 years managing largescale programs or transformations(SRE| DevOps| ITIL| or Cloud Ops).
Experience in Mainframe and other Legacy technologies highly preferred.
Familiarity with distributed systems| cloud platforms| and enterprise application landscapes.
Proven experience driving cross functional change across engineering and operations teams.

Domain & techno-functional skills
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting trading platforms and workflows, with deep knowledge of OMS/EMS architecture, FIX protocol, market/client connectivity, and TCA / best execution analysis.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including order creation, execution events, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, rebalancing, market rehearsals, and connectivity testing/certification.
• Strong command of front-office trading data domains, including critical data attributes, lineage, quality controls, inter-system dependencies, hierarchical relationships, and interactions between trading, market, and reference data.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and implementing trading workflows across cash equities, listed & OTC derivatives, and FX.
• Experience in money market instruments (e.g., REPO, stock borrowing and lending) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of synthetics and swap products and associated implementations, including TRS, FX Swaps, IRS, plus inter-account booking and internal cross scenarios.
• Ability to analyze complex trade structures and break them into simpler executable flows spanning order capture, routing, execution, fills, allocations, ticketing, financing, internalization, and risk/house bookings.
