1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the iTRiders Job Board ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "Job Seeker": An individual registered on the Platform seeking employment
opportunities.
- "Employer": A company, organization, or individual registered to post job
listings and recruit candidates.
- "Recruiter": An individual or entity acting on behalf of an Employer.
- "Content": Any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or
materials posted on the Platform.
- "User": Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The
Platform is designed for users within Canada. International users are responsible for compliance
with local laws.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under
your account.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
6. JOB LISTINGS AND APPLICATIONS
Employers may post Job Listings subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject,
or remove any Job Listing. Applications do not create an employment relationship with iTRiders.
7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
You retain ownership of Content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Content on the Platform.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Job Seeker data is shared with Employers
to whom they apply. For users subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, additional rights
apply.
9. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Certain features require payment. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
10. TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or are inactive for more than 12 months.
11. DISCLAIMERS
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT
GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT, THE QUALITY OF JOB LISTINGS, OR THAT EMPLOYERS WILL CONTACT
APPLICANTS.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iTRIDERS SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTRiders Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the
Platform or violation of these Terms.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Contact us at info@itriders.ai to resolve disputes
informally. These Terms are governed by Law of Ontario.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions
remain in effect.

18. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROVISIONS
AI-Powered Features include:
- Matching Algorithms: AI-driven candidate-job matching and recommendations
- Resume Screening: Automated parsing and analysis of resumes
- Chatbots/Virtual Assistants: AI-powered user support
- Predictive Analytics: Hiring trends and salary estimations
- Fraud Detection: AI systems to identify fraudulent postings
User Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to your data
being processed by AI systems for Platform operations.
AI-Generated Content: You are responsible for verifying
AI-generated content. You may not use AI to create fraudulent profiles, mass-apply to jobs, or
generate misleading content.
19. SPECIFIC AI RULES FOR USER GROUPS
Job Seekers: Review and verify AI-generated content. Disclose AI assistance if asked
by Employers.
Employers: Comply with AI hiring regulations. Provide notices to candidates about AI
usage in hiring.
Prohibited: Using AI to create fake accounts, scrape data, reverse engineer
algorithms, or generate harmful content.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - AI SPECIFIC
Content generated by our AI tools is subject to Section 7. We retain rights to underlying AI models
and algorithms.
21. LIABILITY FOR AI-RELATED ISSUES
We are not liable for AI recommendation errors, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or biases in AI
systems.
22. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
We comply with applicable AI regulations including EEOC Guidelines on algorithmic fairness and
conduct regular bias audits.
23. UPDATES TO AI SYSTEMS
AI models may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes to AI decision-making processes
will be communicated.
